Local Lessons.
Yes you need lessons, it is the fastest way to improve your riding skills. No matter how many parts you buy, they wont make you a better rider. Lessons can quickly improve your riding skills faster than any component or bike. Great for aspiring kids, adults, and seniors.
Group Lessons
1.5 hour group lessons. Perfect for beginner and intermediate riders looking to improve their techniques and riding skills. Each lesson follows a scheduled focus, ensuring riders learn progressively while having fun. Wednesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 9:00am Meeting locations change between trails! Give us a call and we can give you a run down with more info!
Private Lessons
Private 2-hour sessions. Tailor the experience to your needs—you can even add friends or family to create a custom group session. Focus on specific skills like riding slickrock, mastering jumps, tackling chunky terrain, or improving race performance.
Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced rider, we adapt each session to match your skill level and goals.
Kids Lessons (Ages 8-13)
Designed specifically for kids aged 8-13. Older kids who are ready can join our adult classes, but this age-specific group ensures younger riders learn in a comfortable and supportive environment. Call for more information
Groms Classes (Under 8)
For our youngest riders, we offer Groms classes tailored to kids under 8. These sessions focus on building confidence and basic skills alongside peers their own age. Once they’re ready, they can transition into our Kids Lessons. Call for more information
Additional Information
- Bring Your Own Bike: Riders are encouraged to bring their own bikes.
- Bike Rentals Available: Need a bike? We offer rentals at an additional cost. Just let us know in advance to arrange it.

Lessons
What to Bring
- 2 quarts (64oz ) of water per person
- Electrolytes & Snacks
- Closed toe shoes that are durable (hikers, athletic shoes, even Vans!)
- Mounatin bike
- Extra layer – be prepared for changes in weather and elevation!
- Sun protection (sunglasses, sunscreen)
- Small backpack for water, snacks, phone/camera, and any medications or personal items
